The Project: Technical Assistance Program (TAP)/Fiber Optics Service
The TAP/Fiber Optics Service leverages the intellectual property of Hitachi Data Systems' professional services organization by turning that knowledge into a product. Over the course of this 18-month project, we staffed and managed three teams working in parallel to design, develop, and produce an integrated package of templates, workbooks, and guides along with marketing collateral and sales training.
